    Credit Card Guarantee & Cancellation Policy


    A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Your card will be verified either at the time of booking or up to two weeks prior to your arrival. You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. For no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours before arrival, the hotel will charge one night’s room rate to the credit card provided. Cancellation must be received at least 48 hours before our regular check-in time of 2:00 PM (14:00 hours). Debit cards are not accepted for reservation guarantees. The hotel reserves the right to release or cancel a reservation if the credit card cannot be verified.

To arrange a pickup or drop-off, we recommend contacting us in advance and providing your flight details so we can make the necessary arrangements.
